John Farndell. Areas of responsibility include: sea staff, maintenance, certification, budgets and operational planning.
We work with more than 2,500 volunteers from all over the UK, both onshore and at sea, throughout the year.
Ali Renn, Grants Officer. Iapply to trusts, foundations and other organisations to raise bursary funding for young people and provide equipment for the vessels.
We work with 300 youth groups and partners nationwide. Together we identify young people to benefit from our transformational voyages.
Gary More, Finance and IT Officer. I deal with all things finance and IT. This involves processing all financial transactions.
Sarah Mardlin. My current role involves making sure each voyage has the correct number of staff and volunteers to be able to set sail.
Mike Collier. As a Skipper I'm brought in to offer an amazing experience onboard our fleet, be it along the coast or across the Atlantic.
Diana Bunescu. I am a Reservation Officer, and I want to clarify that the day-to-day tasks are more exciting than the word ‘Clerk’ :)
