I am grateful to Challenger1 Captain Jim, who fished our paddle board out of the water off Portland today, 3 miles out of Weymouth. They used the pick up as as a man overboard drill for the teenage crew. They reported the pick up to Solent Coastguard who broadcast it on Channel 16. We responded and, finding that their destination was Lymington, adjusted our trip plan to meet them there and retrieve our paddle board. They were great and we told them we would make this donation as thanks for what they and their crew of young adventurers did for us.
