We work with more than 2,500 volunteers from all over the UK, both onshore and at sea, throughout the year.
We work with 300 youth groups and partners nationwide. Together we identify young people to benefit from our transformational voyages.
Paul Taylor, Finance Director at Tall Ships Youth Trust. It's a busy department covering finance, IT and HR with constant deadlines to meet.
John Farndell. Areas of responsibility include: sea staff, maintenance, certification, budgets and operational planning.
Ali Renn, Grants Officer. Iapply to trusts, foundations and other organisations to raise bursary funding for young people and provide equipment for the vessels.
Gary More, Finance and IT Officer. I deal with all things finance and IT. This involves processing all financial transactions.
Sarah Mardlin. My current role involves making sure each voyage has the correct number of staff and volunteers to be able to set sail.
