Following a voyage with TSYT, your passion for sailing may have been sparked! Whether it’s a wish for more time on the water, volunteering or supporting our charitable work, it’s now your time to find out what’s your next step in your unique journey with TSYT!
The essential work of our volunteers ensures we can run our voyages every week, support our vital youth development work and change the lives of individuals every day on the water. You will have seen Watch Leaders, Mates and Skippers in action during your voyages, follow the steps below to join our incredible team of volunteers.
Re-established in 2023, our growing team of Young Ambassadors represent the impacts of our work with young people and the Young Person’s Voice on the journey with us. Sharing their own experiences with us at events, fundraisers, open days and through our online platforms. Our Young Ambassadors are at the forefront of our mission to support young people across the UK.
Taking the next exciting step on your journey with us will be entirely based on your own needs! Depending on your previous experience, the next step on your journey can be anywhere within the 3 voyage programme.
