TSYT enjoyed a fantastic week at the British Classic Week Regatta, as the official charity partner for the fourth consecutive year.

The 22^nd edition of British Classic Week, organised by the British Classic Yacht Club (BCYC), took place in Cowes from 15 – 19 July, and raised an incredible £1,700 for TSYT.

The wet start to the week didn’t dampen spirits on this celebratory occasion, welcoming classic yachts from home and abroad, all looking to race in the iconic waters of the Solent.

As the official charity partner, we were able to raise awareness of our important youth development and outdoor learning work during the week-long event, which culminated in a prize-giving dinner on the Friday evening.

Ali Renn, Head of Fundraising and Marketing at TSYT, said: “We were honoured to be chosen as charity partner again this year, it’s been a brilliant opportunity for TSYT to spend time within this sailing community.

“We hope everyone enjoyed learning about our work and our passion for making sailing opportunities accessible to all.”
