Tall Ships Ketch – Mid Summer RYA Start Yachting
Day One
The first day I arrived at 1:00PM to weirdly a boat with 2 masts. I was kindly met by Gary, Harry and Anna and came into the saloon to meet 3 new faces (James, Nathan and Charlotte). After having a tour of the boat, getting waterproofs and lifejacket and learning some things on deck, we set off out of Kip Marina. It was a plain 2 or so hours (mostly under the Jib sail) with a small window of much needed sun and moored up at Largs Marina. We had a delicious tea of Chicken Fajitas and settled down for a pleasant night on the Tenacity of Bolton.
