XF250609B | Challenger 4
Day 1
Monday 11, June
Today we boarded challenger 4, which has been across the world twice!
We then left to set sail to the seas with the amazing crew that gave us a helping hand. I had an unforgettable time on the boat I got wet and it was very fun and amazing, then we assisted raising the sails of the boat and had a good time showing teamwork and character building and building confidence as a team.
My relationship with my friends are strengthening. Last but not least we made spaghetti bolognaise. We are all now tired and can’t wait for tomorrow.

Day 2
Tuesday 10, June
So we started our day at roughly 8:30am ready to start a 6 hour sail towards Poole. During this sail about half way through our journey we had tilted the boat about 2 times on either side and then as we got to the needles channel the waves got more aggressive as we increased our speed eventually we turned off the engine and slowly made our way to land.
Charlie and Teri decided to tilt the boat some more and make it go faster by putting up the final sail. We then got to our destination at 4:40pm and we “put the boat to bed”.
After that, we separated into our groups red and green, red group had to pack away the sailing stuff while green group made dinner with sausage peas and chips. Later on we went to the Tesco’s near us and got some ice cream after we ate dinner and we was telling jokes at the table. Soon after we had eaten, and red group had started to wash up while green group is writing this blog and now, we are going to play a game and go to sleep ready for another adventurous day.
