Day 2
Wednesday, 11
This morning, when we woke up, we got ready and ate breakfast. Then we went up the deck to prepare the boat for sailing to go to Yarmouth.
After we learnt how to do different types of knots, clove hitch, round turn and 2 half hitches and a reef knot and the figure of 8. We also tacked across the ship many times. It was a bit foggy.
When we finally arrived in yarmouth, we got the ship ready to park. Also we split into two groups, one of them did the cooking for dinner and the other half tidied the deck. We climbed the mast by pulling the halyard together. It is 100feet up. The view is for miles.
