The Tall Ships Youth Trust welcomes young people with special needs on all voyages where possible. However, we also offer dedicated special needs voyages.

Our voyages are fun, challenging, stimulating, vibrant, and offer a supportive and unique residential maritime environment in which young people with special needs can enhance their skills for independence, in preparation for adult life.

Voyage Crew with special needs including a degree of learning difficulty, attention control, fine motor coordination problems, mild visual or hearing impairments and social interaction problems can benefit from sailing with us and no previous sailing experience is necessary.
