TALL SHIPS ADVENTURES RETURNS TO SOUTHAMPTON BOAT SHOW WITH NEW WINTER BROCHURE

Tall Ships Adventures return to the Southampton Boat Show, taking one of their Challenger Yachts back for the fourth year running.

Tall Ships Adventures are regular exhibitors at the Show and in addition to their stand, offer guests a chance to take to the water on one of their 72ft round the world Ocean Racing Yachts, a unique adventure right in the heart of the Solent.

The Global Challenger Sailing Experience offers a 90 minute action packed trip out onto the Solent. Guests can get the chance to take the helm, hoist and trim the sail or grind the winches. The experience is a real hands-on opportunity to get actively involved in all aspects of sailing the powerful yacht under the guidance of their professional crew and is ideal for novice and experienced sailors alike. The Challenger Yacht will be located at berth M496 when she is not out on the open water. Tickets for the experience can be purchased at the show and through the shows website.

The Boat Show marks the launch of the Winter Brochure this year. Highlights include Caribbean Voyages, the Deep Sea Challenge, the Arc 2016 & 2017 and the Rolex Fastnet Campaign 2017 on the Challengers.

Voyages on the Stavros a square rigged brig include; the themed Shanty Cruise, a Wildlife cruise and an Irish Sea Cruise.

Youth voyages (12 to 15 and 16 to 25) are taking place across the fleet during half terms, Christmas break and over the Easter holidays. Grab a copy of the new brochure at the show to find out more.
