Volunteering on our vessels is a truly rewarding experience – and allows you to pass on your knowledge and skills to others.
Are you interested in becoming a volunteer Watch Leader, Deckhand or perhaps a Cook? Just follow these simple steps:
Join a voyage on the Brig for 5+ nights or on one of our Yachts for 4+ nights.
Let the Captain/Skipper and your Watch Leader know that you are interested in becoming a member of the Volunteer Crew when you join the vessel
Then demonstrate to them what you’re capable of on board!
If you receive a Volunteer Crew Recommend at the end of your voyage, you’ll be notified by Head Office and sent a Volunteer Crew Application Pack
Once all of the paperwork is completed you’ll be able to apply for your first voyage as Volunteer Crew!
