You will start the 700 Nautical Mile round trip by heading west out of Portsmouth and sprinting past the Fastnet Rock on the way to experience good Irish craic in Kinsale.
Known as ‘Ireland’s Riviera’, visitors are often captivated by its beautiful setting. You will be greeted by the impressive fortifications of Charles Fort and James Fort guarding the entrance from the sea to the town’s narrow winding streets and brightly painted galleries, houses and shops.
Once you have recharged in Kinsale, you will head back to Portsmouth and may have the opportunity to stop off in Falmouth, Dartmouth or Weymouth on the way.
