Join the Challenger Fleet to participate in one of the world’s largest yacht races! The annual Round the Island Race, organised by the Island Sailing Club. This is a one-day yacht race around the Isle of Wight, an island situated off the south coast of England. The race regularly attracts over 1,700 boats and around 16,000 sailors, making it one of the largest yacht races in the world and the fourth largest participation sporting event in the UK after the London Marathon and the Great North and South Runs. The Friday will be spent training out in the Solent before heading to the overnight berth in Cowes. Saturday will be an early start heading for the race start off the Royal Yacht Squadron before circumnavigating the island anticlockwise. Saturday night will be spent back in Cowes before heading back to Portsmouth on Sunday morning.

To book a Sailing Voyage you will need the Crew's personal, next of kin, medical, passport (if applicable) and payment details to hand. Payments are secure and quick.
Sailing Voyage prices include accommodation, meals, tea, coffee, squash and snacks whilst onboard, safety equipment, waterproofs and sail training. They do not include flights, organised excursions, meals ashore, transport to/from the vessel, departure tax, optional extras and surcharges.
