This 2 night volunteer Crew Training Course is open to all Tall Ships Youth Trust volunteers aged 18 and over.
The joining evening includes meet and greet and a safety briefing before spending the following day at sea. The final day will be spent alongside covering technical training and youth work.
This voyage will be really beneficial to you if you haven’t sailed for a while and need a refresh or have been recommended for a volunteer position but have not yet sailed as a Watch Assistant or Leader.

Passport – Where passport required is indicated, the voyage will start and/or finish abroad or a UK based voyage will aim to visit abroad.
D of E – All of our voyages of 4 nights or more qualify for the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Residential section. Please let our Reservations Team know before sailing if you want to use to use the voyage for the residential section.

Sailing Voyage prices include accommodation, meals, tea, coffee, squash and snacks whilst onboard, safety equipment, waterproofs and sail training. They do not include flights, organised excursions, meals ashore, transport to/from the vessel, departure tax, optional extras and surcharges.
